2019 Independence Day Holiday Schedule

VetRxDirect will be closed Thursday, July 4th, 2019 in observance of Independence Day.

Our pharmacy will have abbreviated hours and shipping schedule. While VetRxDirect.com is available 24 hours a day for online order placement, please pay particular attention to our hours and shipping schedule, especially if you rely on our pharmacy for insulin or other temperature sensitive products.

  • Monday, July 1st: Normal shipping policies.
  • Tuesday, July 2nd: Last day to ship temperature sensitive orders until Friday.
  • Wednesday, July 3rd: No temperature sensitive orders will ship.
  • Thursday, July 4th: CLOSED. No orders will ship.
  • Friday, July 5th: Resume normal shipping policies.

*Prescription orders, including temperature-sensitive drugs, can only ship after approval from your veterinarian. Prescription authorization must be obtained before 3 PM CST in order to be shipped out on the same day. Visit our website for more information.

2018 Holiday Hours and Shipping Schedule

With the holidays coming up, our pharmacy will have abbreviated hours and shipping schedule. While VetRxDirect.com is available 24 hours a day for online order placement, please pay particular attention to our holiday hours and shipping schedule, especially if you rely on our pharmacy for insulin or other temperature sensitive products. While we always ship every package as soon as possible at VetRxDirect, please allow a couple of extra days for delivery on orders placed in the upcoming weeks. This season our pharmacy will be closed with no shipping or receiving on Tuesday, December 25th, and Tuesday, January 1st.

VetRxDirect’s 2018 holiday customer service hours are as follows:

  • Monday, December 24: 9:00am -1:00 pm.
  • Tuesday, December 25: CLOSED
  • Wednesday, December 26: Resume normal business hours.
  • Monday, December 31: 9:00am-1:00pm.
  • Tuesday, January 1: CLOSED
  • Wednesday, January 2: Resume normal business hours.

VetRxDirect’s 2018 holiday shipping schedule is as follows:

  • Thursday, December 20: Last day to ship temperature sensitive orders this week.*
  • Friday, December 21: No temperature sensitive orders shipped.
  • Monday, December 24: No temperature sensitive orders shipped.
  • Tuesday, December 25: CLOSED
  • Thursday, December 27: Last day to ship temperature sensitive orders this week.*
  • Friday, December 28: No temperature sensitive orders shipped.
  • Monday, December 31: No temperature sensitive orders shipped.
  • Tuesday, January 1: CLOSED
  • Wednesday, January 2: Resume normal shipping policies.

*Prescription orders, including temperature-sensitive drugs, can only ship after approval from your veterinarian. Temperature sensitive orders which do not make our processing deadlines on Thursday, December 20th or Thursday, December 27th will not ship until Wednesday, December 26th and Wednesday, January 2nd respectively. Visit our website for more information.

  • Friday, November 23: Open with regular business hours 9:00 am – 5:00 pm CST.
