VetRxDirect’s Holiday Customer Service Hours

While you can place orders online 24/7 all year long, VetRxDirect Pet Pharmacy will have limited customer service hours in observance of the national holidays. Techs will be available to help you by phone and e-mail during the following times:

  • Monday, December 24th … 9 to 1PM CST
  • Tuesday, December 25th … Closed
  • December 26th – 30th … Regular Business Hours
  • Monday, December 31th … 9 to 1PM CST
  • Tuesday, Janurary 1st … Closed

During our closed times, please feel free to send us any questions by e-mail at customerservice@vetrxdirect.com and we will reply during our next business hours.

While we always ship every package as soon as possible at VetRxDirect, please allow a couple of extra days for delivery on orders placed next week. Thank you.

Warning. This has resulted in the closing of our local airport, which means our expedited packages will be delayed at least one day.
