With the holiday season approaching, our pharmacy will have abbreviated hours and shipping schedules. While VetRxDirect.com is available 24 hours a day for online order placement, please pay particular attention to pharmacy hours and shipping schedules, especially if you rely on our pharmacy for insulin or other temperature-sensitive products. While we always ship every package as soon as possible at VetRxDirect, please consider ordering early to allow extra time for delivery and to account for postal delays on orders placed in the upcoming weeks. This season, our pharmacy will be closed with no shipping or receiving on December 25th for Christmas and January 1st for New Year’s Day.

- Thursday, December 18: Last day to ship refrigerated orders until 12/29/25.

- December 19-28: No temperature-sensitive orders shipped.
- Monday, December 29: Last day to ship refrigerated orders until 1/5/26.

- December 29-January 4: No temperature-sensitive orders shipped.
- Monday, January 5: Resume normal shipping policies.
