I picked this pharmacy because the price was good. However, my dog relies on this medication and in order to get the prescription transferred approved by the vet and shipped to me has been a week and I haven't heard anything from the company other than they are awaiting supplies. I would not recommend them if you need something quickly and possibly ever if I don't get this order soon.

I'm very disappointed with the service from this online pharmacy. They just processed and charged me for my dog's medication before the refill was even due. The last order was filled on March 28, 2025, and this medication is supposed to be sent every two months, not sooner , It processed April 8th . This keeps happening, and it's incredibly frustrating.

Shortcake was diagnosed with dry eye. The medication she was prescribed fromm her vet was pretty costly. Vet Rx Direct made it possible to afford the medication that's making such a big difference with her condition. They were quick to respond to any questions that I had. And informing me of every step up until the medication was mailed. Overall it was a wonderful experience & I'm happy that we discovered them.
Shortcake can be supergirl now that she has her meds!

What are the side effects for humans, as we should wear gloves when administering the eye drops??
Asked by Rosie
When administering Tacrolimus eye treatment to dogs and cats, it is important to wear gloves to prevent accidental human exposure to the medication. While rare, there have been instances where human patients using this medication topically developed lymphoma, a type of cancer. It is not clear if the medication was the cause, so wearing gloves is a precautionary measure. If you have any questions or concerns about this medication, please consult your veterinarian.
