Best On The Market.
My Dr. prescribed this medication and it works super fast, But my Dr. says treat for 10 days both in the ear that is infected and her other ear because while treating the infected ear it can travel to your pets other ear, so please treat both ears because my Dr. says ear infections are very painful .

Impossible to count drops.
This product is very difficult to use. Directions say 8 drops. It's not possible to count the drops. If they used a dropper with 8 drops marked, it would be better for the dog and a cost saver for the owner

Q & A

Is this safe to use on a nursing/lactating female? Will it harm the puppies??
-
Motazol contains the three active ingredients gentamicin, mometasone, and clotrimazole. There is currently no available information regarding the use and safety of Motazol otic suspension in nursing females. The manufacturer recommends that although mometasone has somewhat limited systemic absorption, consideration should be given to wean puppies as early as possible to avoid exposing puppies to a corticosteroid secreted through the milk if there is a need to treat a lactating female. It would be to your best interest to discuss with your veterinarian the concerns you may have with the use of this medication and your dog as well as risk and benefits associated.
