According to the product label the indications for use states the product is a pH balanced, conditioning shampoo for routine cleansing and moisturizing of normal, dry or sensitive skin. Counteracts the drying effects of the environment, as well as the drying effects of flea control products and medicated shampoos. May be used prior to the application of flea control products or medicated shampoos as directed by your veterinarian. Please consult your veterinarian regarding any further questions or concerns regarding the Hydra Pearls Shampoo and if this product would be appropriate for your pet.

I have a 6 yr. old English Springer Spaniel who has Dry skin/coat. She Itches from time to time, not continuous. Would this help stop her dry skin/coat and stop the itching? Also, she loves to swim in our in-ground pool daily. Would the treatment or benefits wash off after each swim? Thank-You! Jj?
