which is better and longer lasting on the skin??

Susan, Your choice of an application based on better and longer lasting effects will depend on characteristics of your animal such as the length of hair. For example, the mousse might be easier to administer than the pads if your dog has a lot of hair or long hair. The duration of effect would be similar as long as the dog is not washed or gets wet.
