How do you use Denamarin?

  • Give as directed by your veterinarian.
  • Tablets should be given on an empty stomach for optimal absorption. They may be given at least two hours after a meal or one hour before a meal.

Denamarin for Cats and Small Dogs

  • Manufacturer directions: For dogs up to 12 lbs, 1 tablet per day. For cats up to 12 lbs, 1 tablet per day; for cats over 12 lbs one tablet twice daily. 

Denamarin for Medium Dogs

  • Manufacturer directions: For dogs 13 - 34 lbs, 1 tablet per day.

Denamarin for Large Dogs

  • Manufacturer directions: For dogs 35 - 65 lbs, 1 tablet per day, for dogs 66 - 120 lbs, 2 tablets per day, and for dogs over 120 lbs, 3 tablets per day.
