A blessing for my cat!
This product was recommended by an emergency veterinarian when my cat who has either irritable bowel disease or lymphoma stopped eating for about five days. After some fluids & baby food they started her on this which she promptly gobbled up and continues to gobble up. She is on prednisolone for the inflammation in her bowels, which seems to be working, but she developed three days of diarrhea from the side effects of the medication. She still continued to eat, but I could tell she was getting weary and was having diarrhea almost every two hours. I was afraid she was getting dehydrated. I spoke with my vet and got her a probiotic, and I had two containers of the Churu Veterinarian packets that came. I basically let her have as many packets as she wanted for the first 24 hours. Not only is the tapioca in there good for people who have irritable bowel disease, and to curb diarrhea, it is less solid than other wet cat foods, ie more moisture. She is getting more fluids. Within 24 hours she turned around. But I would really like to point out the excellent, excellent customer service from this organization! The original order that I put in appeared to have been lost and Vet RX Direct promptly answered an inquiring email that I had sent and were able to help me get another order out immediately! I will definitely continue to use them for my future Veterinarian needs. Their prices are also competitive. A special shout out to Grayson, the customer service representative, who I dialogue with in a couple of emails. He was very understanding and very professional! This company was recommended to me by my personal Veterinarian.

They sent me Churu that's about to expire...
I normally buy this on other sites this is my first time here. I went ahead and purchased 2 jars of these. A month later I notice they are about to expire. When I have ordered these in the past they have months if not a year. Not 1 month. Had I known I wouldn't have purchased 100.... waste of money. Not mad at product mad at vetrxdirect. Beware when buying alot.

Churu Nourish helped turnaround starving kitty with IBD
From UndisclosedComments about Churu Veterinarian Formula 50 Nourish TubesChuru Veterinarian Formula Nourish Tubes have been an invaluable asset in the treatment and recovery of a cat we adopted named Doran. He was skeletal when we adopted him, due to severe IBD. He hated the food that was prescribed, so he ate as little as possible. He only ate when he was starving with hunger, and continued losing weight through vomiting and diarrhea. The shelter where we adopted him had given him Churu Nourish as a treat and appetite stimulant. When we adopted him, we gave him Churu Nourish twice a day as a vehicle to administer his meds. He loves it! He went from a skeletal, weak kitty to a healthy kitty whose tummy and face have filled in, who has the energy to play soccer up and down the hallway with his toys.-
Doran - scared, sick kitty -
Doran today - happy, tummy and face filled-in, lounging in the sun. He still loves his Churu -
Doran - skeletal due to IBD (you can't see that his abdomen is sucked-in almost to his backbone)

Inaba churu veterinary treats
From UndisclosedComments about Churu Veterinarian Formula 50 Nourish TubesThis was my second purchase and i had it sent to a local foster for a sick kitty (she's healthy now and has been adopted). I recommend the INABA to them because I knew how it helped my cat when she was going thru her cancer issues. She's now gone but the supplement was a treat for her and helped to keep her eating. Here's my Haley's pic-

These high calorie push up treats are the BEST
From UndisclosedComments about Churu Veterinarian Formula 50 Nourish TubesThese are AMAZING and they have more calories than the regular type. My sweet cat, Tux was rescued from the streets, and had horrible teeth. After her dental cleaning and (7) extractions she was on a soft food ONLY diet for 2 weeks. Poor little girl! She was already finicky when it came to wet food. SO I was nervous she was going to drop weight on the soft food diet. I would include these Vet Churu's (2 each) per feeding (with some other soft food options. And she was So happy! Cats go CRAZY for them. I will definitely order more!-
My sweet girl TUX.... that little blep!

Worth every penny. Awesome product
From UndisclosedComments about Churu Veterinarian Formula 50 Nourish TubesThis little girl is 10 and started having some issues with her teeth. I ordered these to help get some nourishment in her as well as to give meds after her vet visit. She is stubborn and refuses to lick it off the tube, but she will eat it even with liquid meds in it if I squirt it on a plate. She has started to put on some weight again and is doing great. Thanks Churu, your products are amazing. -

My 12 year old house cat needs her teeth cleaned, but the vet is booked out 3 weeks. She can't chew solid food, as her teeth hurt. Is it safe to feed her only Churu Nourish veterinarian formula instead of cat food for 3 weeks??
-
Churu is intended for intermittent or supplemental feeding only. It is not labeled as a standalone product to provide complete nourishment and is not intended to replace a regular diet. Please consult with your veterinarian regarding the best diet for your cat's needs.

I'm trying to entice a feral cat into a Live Trap Cage so I can bring her into the house and get her acclimated to indoor living.. I have been feeding her for about two months. The first Life Trap Cage was apparently defective and would not trip when she went in to eat her food. I ordered a smaller one because she is a smaller cat, thinking that she didn't weigh enough to trip the original trap. She is so stubborn, she will not eat any food in the trap. With the weather so cold, I didn't want her to go hungry, so I feed her outside of the trap. I am hoping that this Churu will entice her into the Live Trap. Do I need a Vet RX to get? If so, is there a non RX version I can purchase instead??
