Didn't work
From Miami , FLComments about YukAfter my dogs knee surgery we used this product as directed in conjunction with prescribed ointment. Our experience was that this product did absolutely nothing in fact it caused my dog to lick the area more. We stopped using it and he never messed with the area again. -
Great product
From ILComments about YukThis is a great product to keep your pet from leaking wound areas. I have used it when my cats were neutered/spayed to keep them leaking the incision. My dog started to get some anxiety and started to leek and bite off her fur so I just put some YUK in the area and that has stopped her. Her fur is growing back nicely. -
Yuk is the greatest!
From Hackensack NJComments about YukNeeded something would make my pups stop licking and biting at the skin tags/growths on his skin so he wouldn't make them bleed by biting them off. .. Definitely put some on the roof of his mouth and/or tongue before applying to the area you want to keep your pet from licking. It works wonders!! -
Nothing similar in local stores
From Merced, CA, USAComments about YukWhile this is not a cure for any condition, it it the best product for keeping my dog (and his doggy friend) from licking off medication and making a complete mess off his problem paws. Everything available at local stores did not seem to deter my dogs at all.

I know it says "For Dog Use Only" on the package, but I was wondering if there would be any serious side effects for using this on a cat (My cat is licking herself to the point of bleeding, and I was wondering if I could use some of this on her). Thank you!?

What are all of the ingredients? I am asking partly because I have allergies. Also, does this help HEAL the wound as well as discourage biting/licking? Thanks ?

The ingredients are now listed under the "Package Insert" tab on the product pages on the website. Thank you, VetRxDirect
