Q & A

I am wondering if the ultraotic pipettes should be in stock soon??
-
The manufacturer VetBiotek has switched from the pipettes to a 6mL dropper bottle. For this reason, we will not be getting the pipettes back in stock. Unfortunately, we also have no information at this time as to when we may be able to offer the 6mL dropper bottles. You may wish to contact VetBiotek directly at (888) 798-2030 or [email protected]

What are the directions for use for the UltraOtic Concentrate??
-
It says in description it is a two step process. What are the two steps??
-
The two steps are meaning the two separate products (rinse and concentrate) needed for this specific administration protocol for treating/managing ear infections or recurrent ear conditions. For the UltraOtic protocol, you need both the UltraOtic Rinse and UltraOtic Concentrate which are sold separately. Please contact your veterinarian to discuss any further questions you may have about these products and to see if this product would be right for your pet.
