ProHepatic is easy to administer with Pill Pockets
From UndisclosedComments about ProHepatic Cats and Small Dogs, 30 TabletsAna, my 15 year-old cat, had some elevated liver tests recently. Her vet agree that we could try the ProHepatic tablets before proceeding to doing a sonogram or putting her on antibiotics. Ana has been taking the ProHepatic tablets for about a week, and she is much more energetic and alert, spending more time awake and interacting with me than previously. All is well with her digestively, so I know the ProHepatic isn't causing her any distress. Vet wants her to take these for 4 to 6 weeks and then have another blood test to see how the liver is doing. I'll report back. FYI: Pill Pockets really work well with the ProHepatic because the pills are small enough to hide in the Pockets. Ana is a very discerning cat, but she hasn't tried to discard her pills. -
Keeping My Fur Baby Healthy
From Harrisburg ILComments about ProHepaticThis product was recommended by our vet to keep Maxx healthy. Since he is on anti seizure medications, he is at risk for liver issues. This vitamin helps to prevent complications. -

Good product, good results, great price!
From Fresno, CA, USAComments about ProHepaticMy 12-year-old cat has been dealing with jaundice for over 3 years. I added ProHepatic to his other meds over a year ago and he's a lot less "yellow" than he was. His appetite and energy are good, too. -

Q & A

I have been giving my cat ProHepatic for several months. At first, pill pockets worked to get her to consume a whole pill. Then she started to detect something and spit it out. I cut the pills in half, and gave her half a pill in each pill pocket. That worked for a while, but now she is rejecting even the half-pills. ProHepatic helps to improve my cat's liver blood tests, and I would like to keep her on ProHepatic. Any suggestions other than pill pockets to get her to eat them??

How big is this tablet? I have a 6 pound dog who will take a smallish pill if it's wrapped in something tasty, but if she has to chew it a lot or it is large, she will spit it out despite my best attempts at disguising it.?

The ProHepatic tablets for cats and small dogs are about one-quarter inch in length.

MY dog weigh is 20 lbs. which one should purchase ??

You could get either. The bottle for larger dogs has twice the strength of Zinc, Silybin Phosphatidylcholine complex, and Bioflavanol so you would give 2 tablets a day of the small dog or 1 tablet a day of the larger dog bottle. The tablets for the small dog are probably smaller as well if your pet doesn't like swallowing pills. Thank you, VetRxDirect
