Excellent product. Many uses for your fur baby.
My husband and I have 5 rescues, our oldest was recently diagnosed with renal failure and our youngest has a very sensitive stomach. We mix a little into soft food on a regular basis. It smells just like chicken bouillon and I'm guessing that is what entices my oldest to eat (for her we use it to get her to eat more do she gets enough calories). It's also solved a lot of the sensitive stomach issues for our youngest. We don't use a whole packet per day, just a little sprinkle in with some soft food or on top of some very low sodium tuna (Starkist brand - about 2 tablespoons). Our vet was kind enough to let us sample it at first, now we buy it by the box.

MIRACLE POWDER
I was at my witts end until my vet suggested this to me after a 3rd visit with my 3 legged fluffa - who happens to be a maine coon cat with long hair. Due to his hind leg being gone he has trouble burying his stuff. He had had loose stools ever since i found him which was getting worse. Within 2 to 3 feedings his stools returned to normal. This was such a god send- trying to clean his bottom and furr was very unpleasant. It has no smell and is much less stressful on the pet than trying to get a pill down. Highly suggest this.

An excellent product that works!
From UndisclosedComments about FortiFlora Probiotic for Dogs 30 SachetsThis is a great product to assist with regulating my dog's fussy stomach. As someone who takes probiotics myself, I know the benefits and I am happy to endorse this vet-recommended supplement for a healthier belly. You still get to do the belly rubs, but 100% from love, not a bellyache. The price was the most reasonable as well. -

This medication has helped my dog a lot!
From UndisclosedComments about FortiFlora Probiotic for Dogs Canine Probiotic, 45 Sachets, 6-Week SupplyI bought Fortiflora Calming Care at the recommendation of our DVM at Iowa State University, I hopes it would help with her IBD and her very picky eating habit. We've used it now for almost two weeks and I am so grateful for this product, which has made a noticeable difference for my beautiful dog, not to mention her human parent's life too. -
Keeps Kit Kats gut healthy during antibiotic tx
From UndisclosedComments about FortiFlora Probiotic for Dogs 30 SachetsI purchased FortiFlora after an ER vet prescribed two types of antibiotics for an aggressive bacteria that Kit Kat will need to take for months. This was meant to help prevent damage to her gut while she is on these antibiotics. I haven't found a regular vet yet and was looking for a refill when we were running out. Found this on VetRx direct for a great price. Kit Kat actually enjoys the flavor and looks forward to having this sprinkled in her food. Received this product in good condition and it doesn't expire anytime soon. Since I've discovered VetRx, I've ordered a few other things too. -

Is there any problem with my warming food from refrigerator that has Calming Care in it? I don't make it hot. I just make it lukewarm.?
-
According to the manufacturer, warming the Calming Care some is okay. It is active up to a certain temperature. However, it is better to warm the food and then sprinkle the Calming Care on. The manufacturer does not recommend a microwave because the heat cannot be controlled as well.

My cat gets a daily dose of Rena Kare Gel. Is this compatible? Also, I premix his food & medication for pet sitters when we're going to be away. Is there any problem doing this??
-
According to the manufacturer of Rena Kare, you should consult your veterinarian before giving your pet any supplementation products, such as the FortiFlora. In regard to pre-mixing the FortiFlora, it is okay to mix with food or water, but once the packet is opened, the contents must be used within one day.

How come the price of this has increased so drastically??
-
We apologize for the increase in price. Unfortunately, we have no control over the acquisition costs from our distributors so whenever those costs rise, the price of the product does as well. We do offer coupons that you could use on orders to help with that cost as well. Thank you, VetRxDirect
