To help avoid any resistance, it is important to give antibiotics as they are prescribed for as long as they are prescribed even if your pet is looking and feeling better.

I would get this product again.
From WVAComments about Clindamycin Hydrochloride Drops - MigratedMy small 12 year old dog had to have his teeth pulled. Vet said he had disease in the gums. He prescribed ClindaMed oral drops. Yes, it works!! My little dog is getting back to hisself in just a week. He is eating again, no sneezing, no coughing up water. Seems to be very happy.....I have had no trouble putting it in his mouth. I have had no side effects. Vet charges to much money for the drug, so it is cheaper to get it online. -

Overall a Great Product and Excellent Service
From undisclosedComments about Clindamycin Hydrochloride Drops - MigratedThis product is very easy to use. My cat really responds well to the treatment this antibiotic provides as he has a recurring tooth infection and will need antibiotics for the rest of his life. Typically I used to wrap him up in a blanket to avoid near fatal clawing, then I'd quickly squirt 1 mL into his mouth. However recently I've been mixing it into his wet food with warm water and he eats every bite so no more anxiety from him while being medicated! He seems to be pain-free after just 2 days of treatment and after a month he's free of pain and can eat dry food again for 3 months or more. I highly recommend this product to anyone with a "special needs" animal. And as a bonus, VetRxDirect provides this product for less than half the price at the vet's office, the package always arrives fast and there has never been a breakage or any other issue. I will always buy this brand from this site. -

So my question is when I typed it in the search bar, These medication's keep showing up I can't seem to find this prescription if you can please help I greatly appreciate it thank you my name is Angie my dog is Princess?

Trazodone is commercially available as a 50 mg, 100 mg, and 150 mg tablet. Your veterinarian is recommending a liquid version of Trazodone that would need to be customized or compounded by a compounding pharmacy. VetRxDirect does not offer a compounded trazodone liquid at this time. Please consult your veterinarian with any further questions or concerns regarding this medication.

My cat needs 150 mg/mL and I'm looking for a decent tasting liquid of Clindamycin. Do you offer this product in higher strenghts? If so how strong do you offer it and at what strength does the taste become horribly pungent, as Clindamycin naturally is.?
-
How long is it safe to keep giving this medicine? Originally it was prescribed for 10 days, condition improved but only slightly. We are doing second round now. Should I keep giving same dosage but for how long, till clears off? I read rewiews, some cat owners see improvement of dental condition if they give for 1 month, and it clears off for several months, and all over again in several months .?

Antibiotics such as clindamycin should only be taken for the duration indicated by your veterinarian. Please contact your veterinarian to determine if clindamycin is still appropriate for your cat.

Is 1ml of 50mg/1ml once per day for two weeks too high of a concentration for my a 8 lb cat since I'm only seeing 25mg/ml??
-
According to the package insert, cat should get 5.0 - 15.0 mg/lb body weight dose once every 24 hours depending on the severity of the condition. If your cat is 8 Ib, the dose range should be between 40mg-120mg/day, which is about 1.6ml-4.8ml of this 25mg/ml product. However, the dose should be determined based on the severity of the condition. Please consult with your veterinarian for advice on dosing this medication for your cat.

If the cat does not eat the wet food with Clinisol liquid put on it, due to the alcohol smell, will the medicine evaporate? Just wondering...thanks?
-
Ellen, The manufacturer does not provide specifics on how the medication should be administered. If you mix the medicine with the cat’s food it’s preferred to only use a small amount of food to make sure the cat consumes the entire dose of medicine. The alcohol present in the medication may evaporate over a period of time but the drug will remain on the food. Follow the directions given by your veterinarian when giving this medicine.
