Yes I will buy this again and recommend to others.
From UndisclosedComments about CatalystMy vet recommended this product for my 13 yr old Chihuahua and gave me some samples. The large soft chews were sold out when I went to order and I'm glad since the mini chews are much better - 1 whole chew/day is it. The dog loves them, I usually crumble it up with some peanut butter and glucosamine and there is never any left! I'm very satisfied with this service - I called 2X for a couple of questions and got the answers I needed right away. VetRxDirect is my new go to for all my dogs needs. -
I will purchase this again
From UndisclosedComments about CatalystThis also helps my dog with his anal glands problem! -
I Will Be Back...
From undisclosedComments about CatalystI have been giving my male bully Catalyst for a few years due to arthritis issues. He loves them and goes to the magic room every morning for his daily dose. In the past, I always got the Catalyst from our vet but since we recently moved and our new vet does not carry this item, I discovered that I could get this same product from VetRxDirect without a prescription. I found the customer service staff to be very helpful and when there was a slight mix-up in my order they offered to fix it right away and send a replacement. The only area I see where improvement might be needed is in the response time between sending an email request and receiving a response. It took 2-plus weeks to receive an response to a question I sent via email. -
Try it, you'll like it.
From undisclosedComments about CatalystHave had great results with this product and will continue to use. Has helped my 12 yo pomeranian and 9 yo dorkie with movement. -
