Advantage II for Dogs

Fleas don’t stand a chance against Advantage II for dogs. It kills adult fleas on contact before they bite. Advantage II contains pyriproxyfen and imidacloprid, an insect growth regulator and insecticide, which kill adult fleas as well as their eggs and larvae. It also helps prevent re-infestation because it breaks the life cycle.  Advantage II is a waterproof topical that provides one month of protection. For use in dogs and puppies 7 weeks of age and older weighing 3lbs or more.

  • Complete protection from all stages of the flea life cycle – kills adults, eggs, and larvae
  • Works fast – kills adult fleas within 12 hours
  • Convenient monthly, topical treatment is waterproof
  • Available in four sizes

Fleas are not only a burden for you and your dog, but they can also infest your home and put your dog’s health at risk. Did you know that a single flea can bite up to 400 times in one day? Fleas bites are irritating and can cause allergic reactions, a condition called flea allergy dermatitis (FAD). They can also transmit tapeworms if your dog accidentally ingests them while grooming. Keep your dog protected with a monthly application of Advantage II.
