I’m In! How Do I Join?
Joining the Auto Delivery program is easy; it can be done while browsing on a product page or while reviewing items in the shopping cart. To subscribe, simply select the Auto-Delivery option for your desired product, select your preferred shipment frequency and then check out as normal.
What Happens Next?
After you join the Auto-Delivery program, you will receive an email confirming your subscription. Your order will be placed automatically according to your preferences and you will be billed on the day the order is shipped. We will send you an email reminder 10 days before each Auto Delivery order. You will also receive email notifications about your Auto-Delivery account, such as if your item is discontinued or out of stock, if you cancel your subscription, and confirmation when an order is placed.
How Can I Change My Order?
Auto-Delivery is easy to manage, and you ‘re always in control. You can change specific parts of an order or cancel the subscription at any time. Simply log on to your account and click the “My Subscriptions” tab to see your active orders. Here you can change the entire order date or the date for specific items, the frequency of shipments, quantity of items, and skip a delivery. Please allow up to 24 hours for modifications or cancellations to be processed. Need help making order changes?
What If I Want To Change My Address?
No big deal. You can change your shipping address for your upcoming order or for each auto delivery item.
- To change your shipping address for an upcoming order select “My Next Order” tab, then click the “Edit” link next to shipping info. You can select a previous shipping address from the drop-down menu or create a new one to add to your account. *Notice the checkbox, this address will apply to all subscriptions and future orders if left checked.
- To change your shipping address for an auto delivery item select “My Subscriptions” tab, click the “Edit” link that appears on the right, then click the “Change Address” button. *Notice the checkbox. this address will apply to all subscriptions and future orders if left checked.
You Have The Power To See The Future
Like a genie, you can view and predict when your next order will be arriving. Simply go to your account, visit “My Subscriptions”, and click “My Next Order” tab. Here you will see the details for your very next scheduled order.
If you have more than one Auto Delivery item, you can have the items ship in the same order. Visit “My Subscriptions” and select “My Subscriptions” tab, then simply change the next order dates to be the same. Also, confirm the orders have the same payment method, shipping, and billing addresses. *Auto Delivery items that have the same order date, shipping address, billing address and payment method will ship as one order.

To do so, you must be logged into your account. Visit the item’s page you wish to add to your order, find and click the “Add To Next Auto Delivery” button to add the item as one time only or as a subscription.
