DOUXO® CHLORHEXIDINE PS MICRO-EMULSION SPRAY

Submicronic emulsion - Phytosphingosine salicyloyl 0.5% - CAE 0.3% - Chlorhexidine 3% - cationic surface active agents.
USES: dogs and cats - to be used in the management of superficial and severe skin conditions that are responsive to chlorhexidine, following an initial treatment with Douxo® Chlorhexidine PS Shampoo.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE: External use only. Brush the pet’s hair against the natural fur line, then
spray the product by holding the pump approx. 12 inches from the pet’s body, thus dispensing the product over the targeted area. The product will disperse naturally, do not over apply.
Dosage: 1 spray per 10 lbs.
The number of sprays can be doubled for long-haired dogs.
The veterinarian’s recommendations should be observed. It is generally recommended to apply twice a week.
CAUTION: Federal law restricts drug to use by or on the order of a licensed veterinarian. If undue skin irritation develops or increases, discontinue use and consult a veterinarian.
PRECAUTIONS FOR USE: Do not swallow. Avoid contact with the eyes.
