While VetRxDirect.com is available 24 hours a day for online order placement, please pay particular attention to our hours and shipping schedule, especially if you rely on our pharmacy for insulin or other temperature-sensitive products.
2021 Thanksgiving Pharmacy Hours:
- Thursday, November 25: CLOSED.
- Friday, November 26: Open regular business hours 9:00 am – 5:00 pm CST.
2021 Thanksgiving Shipping Schedule:
- Monday, November 22: Last day to ship temperature-sensitive orders this week*
- Wednesday, November 24: No temperature-sensitive orders will ship.
- Thursday, November 25: CLOSED.
- Friday, November 26: No temperature-sensitive orders shipped, except for Saturday Delivery service.**
- Monday, November 29: Resume normal shipping policies.
*Prescription orders, including temperature-sensitive drugs, can only ship after approval from your veterinarian. Prescription authorization must be obtained before 3 PM CST to be shipped the same day.
**Next Day with Saturday Delivery is an available shipping option that you may select at your order checkout. Please visit our website for more information.
