What is Gentle-Lax-A-Pet?
Gentle-Lax-A-Pet is a supplement for dogs and cats containing psyllium fiber which acts as a bulk forming ingredient. It can be used for both diarrhea or constipation and may help promote overall healthy bowel habits. It also contains several vitamins and minerals.
How to use Gentle-Lax-A-Pet:
Gentle-Lax-A-Pet should only be used under veterinarian supervision. Your pet must have unlimited access to fresh drinking water while using this product for it to work. The powder is very palatable and you can mix it into their food. The following is the manufacturer’s recommendations for dosing of this product which doesn’t take the place of the recommendation of your pet's veterinarian.
- Dogs under 30 lbs and all cats: ¼ teaspoonful per day
- Dogs over 30 lbs: ¼ teaspoonful per 30 lbs of body weight.
