What is Etogesic used for: Etogesic is the brand name product for the generic etodolac, which is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). It is indicated for pain and inflammation associated with osteoarthritis in dogs, but may be used for other causes of pain and inflammation when directed by a veterinarian.
What are the side effects of Etogesic: The following side effects are most commonly associated with Etogesic; vomiting, regurgitation, diarrhea, fatigue, low blood protein levels, behavioral changes, and loss of appetite. I have a Prescription for Etogesic, (Etodolac), 300 mg #30 written by Laura Hedemann, DVM from Southwest Veterinary Medical Center in Albuquerque, NM. Would I be able to fax this Rx. to your company to get it filled. ?

Judy, By law, a pharmacy cannot accept a copy of an original prescription, which means that a fax of a written prescription is not considered a valid legal document. We can accept faxes directly from clinics, however, if a clinic has issued you a written prescription, we do need that mailed to us, as most clinics will not fax a prescription if they have already issued a written one.
