Dental toothpastes and gels
- There are a wide range of ingredients found in these products: acetic acid, chlorhexidine, enzymes, sodium hexametaphosphate, zinc, etc. Most offer flavors palatable to dogs and cats.
- Dental toothpastes and gels are sold without a prescription (OTC/over the counter) but should be used under the direction of your veterinarian who can advise you on a complete oral hygiene program for your pet
- Used on the teeth and gums (large amounts are not meant to be swallowed by your pet)
- To clean pet’s teeth and gums
- To prevent plaque and calculus formation
- In order to not do any harm to your pet, home care products should only be used on pet’s who have received (and passed!) a thorough oral examination
- Animals with a known hypersensitivity or allergy to any ingredients in this product
- When will your animal need to be rechecked
- What tests or procedures may need to be performed prior to and during treatment with this drug
- What are the risks and benefits of using this drug
- If your animal has experienced side-effects on other drugs/products
- If your animal has experienced any other medical problems or allergies now or ever
- All medicines and supplements that you are giving your animal or plan to give your animal, including those you can get without a prescription. Your veterinarian may want to check that all of your animal's medicines can be given together.
Store at controlled room temperature.
Keep this and all medication out of reach of children and animals.

- Yes, but if your animal experiences any unusual reactions when using multiple medications, contact your veterinarian.
Do not allow your pet to swallow large amounts of this product.

INGREDIENTS:
Palatable Poultry Flavored Toothpaste - Purified water, sorbitol, dicalcium phosphate dihydrate, hydrated silica, rheum palmatum (source of RF2), sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, propylene glycol, sodium saccharinate, flavor, methylparaben, propylparaben.
Palatable Vanilla Mint Flavored Toothpaste - Purified water, sorbitol, dicalcium phosphate dihydrate, hydrated silica, rheum palmatum (source of RF2), sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, propylene glycol, sodium saccharinate, flavor, methylparaben, propylparaben, titanium dioxide.
1g of toothpaste contains 20mg of RF2.
PROPERTIES: CLENZ-A-DENT™ RF2 Toothpaste is a palatable toothpaste for the reduction of plaque and bad breath in dogs and cats. CLENZ-A-DENT RF2 contains a unique patented ingredient. RF2 breaks down the biofilm made by bacteria present in the mouth. Biofilm is the first step to plaque and tartar build-up. Therefore CLENZ-A-DENT RF2 disrupts the formation of biofilm and thus prevents plaque build-up and tartar.
RF2 also restores the mouth’s natural bacterial balance. The combined actions of RF2 on tartar build-up and bacterial balance help fight bad breath.
